We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Support Administrator to manage the project processing and administrative support to the team.

What will you do?
  • Ensure staff onboarding and off‑boarding comply with the established procedure
  • Manage all activities relating to project order processing
  • Provision of general administrative and coordination support to the project team
  • Review existing workflow and convert workflow information into simple computer language
  • Coordinate with other business groups on timely response to any queries and issues
  • Support and coordinate logistics needs for briefing sessions, events and seminars organized by the division/department
  • Ensure accurate filing of contracts, vendor documents, technical designs, and approvals
  • Update progress reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
  • Schedule project meetings (steering committee, vendor sync, daily stand‑ups, working group meetings)
  • Support to prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meeting and circulate action items
  • Coordinate onboarding of new team members (clearance, access)
  • Track POs, invoices, and vendor payments
  • Any ad‑hoc duties assigned
Ideal candidate should possess
  • Minimally a Higher Nitec, Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent discipline
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office
  • Experience in using low‑code tools such as Power Automate, Power App, and building BI dashboards
  • Knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous
  • Possess a high level of maturity with excellent organizational skills
  • Meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks, often within short periods of time with frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines
  • Independent, resourceful, result‑oriented individuals with a "can‑do" attitude
