Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:(Training will be provided)

• Manage day-today Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR) and General Ledger (GL)
• Issuing Tax Invoice
• Maintaining & Document filing
• Assist Manager during Auditing, Income Tax, GST & CPF Seasons
• Handling basic Monthly Account Closing
• Support daily office operations with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Provide support for Ad-Hoc Duties
  
  

Working Days

• Monday – Friday
  
  

Working location:

• 20 Science Park Road, Teletech Park
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum A-Levels, Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic Accounting knowledge , training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start work within short notice
