Job summary

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Job description

Work Location: Bendemeer Road

Nearest MRT: Geylang Bahru and Potong Pasir

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Thursday) 8:30am to 5:30pm (Friday)

  • Provide administrative support for programme and application management
  • Assisting the team in using tools such as Power Automate to create workflows that link Outlook to Excel for processing application forms.
  • Verifying details submitted through application forms and supporting documents uploaded via OneDrive.
  • Preparing certificates using Word templates, converting them to PDF, and sending them via email to applicants.
  • Drafting and sending email correspondence to applicants, including relevant attachments.
  • Responding to queries related to applications and programme requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating the master file (Excel) for all applications received through the interim application process.

Job Requirements

  • Singaporean
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience
  • ITE or Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
