Job description
Administrative & Office Support
  • Manage internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate logistics, purchasing matters, and shipping arrangements.
  • Handle stock inventory updates and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Prepare daily sales invoices.
  • Support the monthly closing process and liaise with the accounting team as needed.
  • Schedule and post weekly meetings.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Marketing & Business Development Support
  • Plan, create, and execute marketing materials and digital content with the marketing team.
  • Support promotional campaigns and assist in producing brochures, visuals, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement marketing initiatives.
Requirements
