Job description

Join our vibrant and dedicated team at Tao Li Swimming Club (TLSC), where we're passionate about fostering a love for swimming and promoting excellence in aquatic sports. Our club provides a supportive and inclusive environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to elite athletes. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Executive to contribute to the efficient operation of our club and support for both our Learn‑To‑Swim Program and Competitive Program swimmers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the club's management team, coaches and members.
  • Manage club inquiries from members and the public.
  • Communicate with parents and kids.
  • Coordinate scheduling for club activities, including new classes, replacement classes, leave of absence and fees payment.
  • Assist with fee collection, and membership inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to membership.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages to effectively communicate with a diverse members.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, if no experience. training will be provided as long have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service‑oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping and data management.
