Period: 6-12 months

Salary: $2580

Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm; Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Assist in data entry into system
• Provide customer service and answer questions from public
• Check, verify the identity and income documents submitted by the applicants.
• Process financial assistance applications (e.g. assess income eligibility) according to established criteria and procedures.
