Job description
Admin Executive
  • Ensure timely invoicing for completed projects, progress claims, and maintenance contracts.
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Work closely with the Project and Sales teams to gather complete documentation (service reports, delivery orders, etc.) for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on all invoicing and payment-related matters.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of equipment, parts, and spare items.
  • Demonstrate resilience, a proactive mindset, and a positive working attitude.
Requirements
  • ITE Nitec or Diploma and above in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard office software.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
