A local beauty salon in Singapore is seeking an Experienced Beauty Salon Manager to lead a team and focus on customer satisfaction without hard selling techniques. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of skin and facial conditions, offer training for growth opportunities, and create a positive work environment. Strong leadership, customer service skills, and an independent attitude are essential for success in this role. High commission and performance incentives are available.

- Able to guide team to sell to regulars & close new Consultations as well.
- At the same time, candidate should have a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction as we do not believe in hard selling tactics.
