The Role

As part of our regional expansion, we’re hiring a Sales Manager, Africa & Australasia.

You’ll lead sales efforts across your assigned region. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new business and helping clients achieve their growth goals through our lead generation solutions. This is a high‑impact role that combines autonomy, strategic planning, and hands‑on execution.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or media
  • Some success working with clients in the African and Australasian regions.
  • Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills
  • A deep understanding of business culture and commercial dynamics in your region
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • A strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen
On‑Target Earnings (OTE)
  • Competitive total package with OTE between SGD 70,000 and SGD 100,000+ per annum
  • Includes base salary and performance‑based variable component
  • Uncapped earnings potential for high performers
