- Basic Salary: S$4,500 – S$7,500
- Gross Salary: S$5,000 – S$8,000
- Commission: Performance-based
- Overtime: Occasional (off-in-lieu)
- Working Location: MacPherson (CC10 MacPherson MRT)
- Working Days: Monthly 8 days off
- Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (13th month), bonus, 10 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, starting salary increment possible
Job Summary:
Responsible for overall sales department operations, ensuring consistent and profitable sales growth within the assigned territory. Lead the sales team, execute business development strategies, manage clients, and support the company’s expansion in the medical and healthcare products sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Develop strategic business plans to meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
- Drive new account acquisition and manage key account relationships.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor data (products, pricing, trends).
- Work with the Business Development Director to evaluate product suitability and pricing.
- Conduct research on client needs and feedback to ensure service excellence.
- Sales Management
- Lead and manage the sales team across the full sales cycle; ensure monthly targets are met.
- Guide team members in pre-sales and after-sales activities including negotiation.
- Set sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Perform product forecasting, trend analysis, and inventory tracking to optimize supply chain.
- Calculate sales commissions for team members and submit for approval.

- Manage sales budget and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading a sales team.
- Aggressive, result-oriented, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Computer literate; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial fundamentals and business acumen.
