Job description

• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members in technical guidance and system development.
• Develop and enhance the system following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDL).
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures while ensuring design patterns and best practices are followed.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure code maintainability, security, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs.
• Conduct research and development (R&D) to explore new technologies and assess their feasibility for integration into the Mywave application suite.
• Review and execute feasibility studies to evaluate technical and business requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Job Requirements:

• A fast learner with good problem-solving skills.
• Min Diploma/Degree in related field.
• Strong passion in Programming.
• At least 5 years of experience as a programmer or web developer, with team leadership experience being a plus.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
