Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and transactions using accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar).
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
  • Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
  • Perform other administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • CPA qualified or currently studying towards CPA (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial transactions.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
