Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fully remote basis. This position is open to candidates located in the APAC region. As a Sales Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, handling customer inquiries, and driving efficiency within the sales processes. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales process.
  • Manage and track client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments for sales executives.
  • Prepare and update sales presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales management software, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Track sales performance and provide insights and reports to the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a sales support role.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Experience with sales management software and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
  • Previous remote work experience is preferred.
Working Hours:
  • This is a full-time, remote position.
  • Working hours are flexible, but candidates should be able to overlap with key team members in the APAC region (preferably working between 9 AM to 6 PM local time).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and clients across multiple time zones.
  • Advanced skills in data entry, data management, and spreadsheet manipulation.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and project management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and handle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional support to the sales team.
