Requirements:

• At least SPM, but preferably Diploma or Degree holder in Business/Marketing
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Optical Industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) and Mandarin; ability to communicate in other dialects is a plus. We seek candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Willing to travel is a must

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective territory sales coverage to retailers in West Malaysia
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue and collection budgets
• Generate sales growth and meet key performance indicators
• Plan sales calls and call frequencies to ensure territory coverage
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing and new customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers for long-term growth
• Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively
