This is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang, for a Junior IT Technical & Application Support professional. The role involves providing technical support for software and hardware solutions, managing troubleshooting tasks, and addressing clients’ inquiries efficiently. The candidate will assist in project management activities related to system implementation, configuration, and support while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to meet clients' needs.

• Hands‑on knowledge of Technical Support, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Basic understanding or involvement in Project Management processes
• Proficiency in SQL Accounting systems, Autocount Accounting system, Point of Sales System, ERP System, Cloud Based Software, and Networking solutions is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
