Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing technical projects and providing expertise in Windows operating systems and virtualization technologies. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing technical projects involving Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
• Providing expertise in areas such as Windows R&D, Windows Client and Server Products, Active Directory, Group Policy, and AD replication.
• Managing virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Overseeing storage administration with experience in EMC, IBM, HP SAN, SCSI, iSCSI, and NAS.
• Configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft failover clusters for File Server, SQL, and Exchange.
• Supporting networking functions including DNS/DHCP, Subnets, VPN, and TCP/IP.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and innovation.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
