What will you be doing?

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Nexperia you:

1. Proactively search for candidates through various media channels.
2. Write and post recruiting advertisements. We appreciate creative vacancy content!
3. Manage the talent pools and ensure that candidates are informed about new vacancies.
4. Select your incoming applications by suitability.
5. You are in close contact with fellow recruiters and hiring managers.
6. In short, a versatile varied function where you will have every opportunity to grow.

What are you bringing?

1. A completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably 1 - 3 years of agencies experience.
2. Familiar with basic recruitment processes.
3. Good command of the English language.
4. Proactive, result driven and importantly with great passion in talent acquisition.
5. Last but not least, you are a real team player with excellent communication skills.
