The incumbent will lead the development, growth, and execution of our Retail Media Network division. This role will be pivotal in shaping the retail media strategy, driving revenue through media monetisation, and integrating supplier marketing efforts across MR DIY's expansive retail footprint. This leader will also spearhead the CRM initiative in setting strategic direction and aligning cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven marketing capabilities and customer engagement.
