A coworking space provider located in Selangor is seeking an experienced marketing manager to develop and execute their overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in marketing, particularly in social media management and performance marketing. Responsibilities include planning campaigns, managing content creation, and leading a small team. The role requires strong writing skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute Co-labs’ overall marketing plan, aligned with business and revenue objectives.
Lead campaign planning for launches, events, partnerships, and key commercial activations.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, touchpoints, and materials.
Own our social media strategy end-to-end — planning, calendar management, content creation, and reporting.
Manage community engagement: replies, DMs, comments, and audience development.
Track and analyse performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Oversee digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), from briefing to execution and optimisation.
Work with internal and external partners to push lead-generation campaigns that support occupancy and membership growth.
Manage SEO/SEM efforts and website updates.
Lead ideation and production of marketing materials, brochures, posters, landing pages, emailers, presentations, and in-centre collateral.
Guide designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies to deliver strong creative assets.
Ensure content quality, tone-of-voice, and messaging reflect Co-labs’ brand identity.
Support community and partnerships teams with marketing materials, promotions, and campaign amplification.
Drive visibility for tenant activities, collaborations, and enterprise clients.
Manage a small in-house team and coordinate with agency partners.
Align with sales, community, operations, and development teams to ensure marketing objectives meet business needs.
Present monthly performance reports and improvement plans to management.

Confident in overseeing photo/video shoots and managing creative talent.
Hands-on, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Experience in hospitality, coworking, property, lifestyle, or agency environments is an added advantage.
