Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and promotions
  • Translate brand positioning and product USPs into clear content pillars

Content & Execution

  • Oversee creation of short-form videos, captions, hooks, and CTAs
  • Work closely with copywriters, videographers, designers, and creators
  • Ensure content is platform-optimized (hooks, pacing, subtitles, trends)

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key metrics: reach, engagement, watch time, CTR, conversion
  • Identify winning formats and scale what works
  • Optimize content based on data, not assumptions

Brand & Community

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual direction
  • Engage with comments, messages, and community feedback
  • Act as the bridge between customer insights and marketing decisions

Collaboration

  • Work with e-commerce, performance marketing, and retail teams to align messaging
  • Support campaign launches and sales events with social content
