Key responsibilities:

• Develops compelling brand strategy and tactics with clear positioning and messaging
• Develops and manages the marketing and content calendar and timelines
• Achieves year-over-year growth as determined by executive team in key business areas
• Owns the website and social media channels, create engaging content
• Manages in-house and external creative, design and other resources to deliver timely and quality execution at the lowest cost
• Manages budgets, paid media campaigns, process invoices and track payments
• Develops and manages partnerships and alliances
• Conducts timely analysis of marketing data, using the insights to adapt and revise the marketing strategy and tactics
• Masters and improves systems and tools to achieve efficiency and effectiveness
