Job summary
A leading construction firm in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a qualified site supervisor with over 5 years of experience in construction supervision, particularly in high-rise projects. The successful candidate must possess a relevant diploma and demonstrate strong skills in interpreting drawings and coordinating work between various stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, maintaining quality standards, and participating in site meetings to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction supervision and property development.
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Experience with high-rise construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities for quality assurance.
- Keep daily records of construction activities.
- Carry out site supervision in line with construction specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests as per quality management standards.
- Attend site and contractor coordination meetings.
- Provide management with feedback on work implementations.
- Evaluate claims on site for billing stages.
