We are a growing RC and wetwork subcontractor company based in Malaysia, currently operating across multiple construction sites in Klang Valley and other regions. Established in 2022, we specialize in reinforced concrete works, labor supply, and full wetwork packages for both residential and commercial building projects.

JOB VACANCY

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Scope:

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations for reinforced concrete and wet work projects.
• Ensure site activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely progress and quality control.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants and clients when required.
• Assist in site planning, material take-off, and work scheduling.
• Monitor quality and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and construction standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in construction site supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior roles.
• Knowledge in RC work, wet work, and construction detailing is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic AutoCAD is a plus.
