Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction.
• Able to read drawings and understand construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors to ensure work follows specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report regularly to Consultants and Project Manager.
• Check materials and drawings for compliance; report technical issues.
• Inspect workmanship, identify defects, and oversee rectification.
• Coordinate with Sales Department for billing and contractors for handovers.
• Ensure site safety and building code compliance.
• Document and verify all on-site material and system testing.
