Job summary

An established aluminium manufacturer based in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their project team for high-rise and facade projects. The role includes supervising the installation of various aluminium systems, ensuring work complies with specifications, and coordinating with main contractors and consultants. Candidates must have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of aluminium systems, and good English communication skills. This is a site-based position requiring independent work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in AGW/facade/aluminium/glazing works.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain wall and glazing systems.
• Able to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of aluminium windows and doors.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor, Consultants, and installation teams.
• Monitor site quality, safety, and construction progress.
