  • Ability to work onsite at HSP Scaffolding Sdn Bhd, Lebuhraya Sungai Besi, Batu 3 3/4 Jalan Sungai Besi, 57100 Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction/building industry is a plus.

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, compiling data and ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Manage and organise sales‑related documents, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals, gathering information and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
