A leading retailer is seeking a driven Sales Assistant to join its team at the Sony Store in Petaling Jaya. This full-time role involves assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and managing store merchandise. Ideal candidates should have a passion for technology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Attractive salary package with additional benefits such as annual leave and medical coverage is offered.

- Attend to customer needs to drive sales.
- Provide product advice based on features and promotions.
- Manage store visibility and merchandise.

- Attend to customer and ascertain their needs to drive sales.
- Provide advice on the product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands and promotions.
- Handle customers' pre and post-sales inquires tactfulness.
- Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Passion for technology.
- Customer-oriented, patient and friendly.
- Possesses good discipline, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good knowledge or a strong interest in electronic products and gadgets such as camera, gaming console, gadget, TV, soundbar and etc.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and a shift basis (following the retail shop's operational hours).
- Proficiency in English or(Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- 6 off day per month (1 day on weekend)
- Full-time and permanent position.
