Job summary
A facilities management company located in Putrajaya is seeking a Civil Executive/Engineer to oversee maintenance operations, manage contractors, ensure compliance with safety codes, and conduct quality inspections. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Knowledge of civil systems and facilities operations is essential. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Green Building Index standards as an asset.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years in Facilities Management as a Civil Executive/Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of civil systems and building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee contractors and suppliers for compliance and cost control.
- Supervise building maintenance works and conduct quality inspections.
- Enforce safety codes and ensure compliance during maintenance.
- Manage building operations including energy usage and PPM.
- Prepare operational and technical reports for management.
