Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Facilities Management as a Civil Executive/Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of civil systems and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors and suppliers for compliance and cost control.
• Supervise building maintenance works and conduct quality inspections.
• Enforce safety codes and ensure compliance during maintenance.
• Manage building operations including energy usage and PPM.
• Prepare operational and technical reports for management.
