About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Production Supervisor for Clean Room production to join our team at Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd in Kamunting, Perak. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our medical devices. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic, collaborative work environment and opportunities for career growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
• Monitoring and optimising production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality
• Identifying and addressing any production issues or bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to mitigate them
• Providing hands‑on training and support to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to ensure smooth and seamless operations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
• Reporting on production performance and making recommendations for process improvements

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or medical device industry or semiconductor industry.
• Strong technical understanding of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
