To ensure the smooth running of day to day facility operation and to attend ad – hoc facility repair maintenance activities.

To attend on helpdesk request related to the complaint / request from end users, execute corrective maintenance and get verification from end users / clients for completed workorder and submit to Supervisor for work order closing.

To execute / supervise (in house / outsource) for Routine maintenance servicing / Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per scheduled, fill up PPM checklist, notify superior for any sign of deterioration / abnormalities, compile and submit PM checklist to Supervisor after work completed for work order closing.

To identify and notify Supervisor on parts / materials need for purchase for use on maintenance works.

To inform Supervisor for any VO opportunity and assist Mechanical Supervisor for the VO preparation works.

To take a good care on tools provided by company and notify Supervisor for any tools require performing maintenance activities as well as faulty / missing tools.

Assist in Fire Evacuation Drills and other Fire Safety Activities.

To ensure and performance necessary housekeeping activities at all respective work areas.

To obey and implement the rules & regulation at all time company rules / regulation and also comply with authority’s regulation during performing operation & maintenance activities.

Always provide full support, work in teamwork, maintain self-motivation, keep a healthy environment, and avoid any provocations or confrontations that will affect the employee's motivation and operationcy event.

To collect parking fee according to scheduled charges.

To ensure the car park booth is clean and the cash register/ cashless system is working.

To provide friendly service to the customers.

To prepare shift report at the end of shift.

To ensure the usage and security of car park facilities is safe.

To ensure collection parking fee tally with daily collection report.

To open daily car park business and ensure all system is functional.

To perform troubleshooting of carpark system malfunctions.

To report to Carpark system Manager if found major malfunction equipment.

To handle complaints from customers and provide necessary assistance.

To perform regular patrol at all parking levels, aid visitors and to direct vehicle if required.

To ensure traffic control during events and validation required.

To perform other related functions and activities as assigned/ directed by company.

• Possess at least a Technical Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or any equivalent.
• Must be able to work as a team.
• Min 1- 3 years of working experiences.
• Employment is under PHB Facility Management Berhad, a subsidiary company to Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad.
