Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Crew to join our team. This role combines welding and fabrication skills with event production support, involving the creation, customization, installation, and dismantling of event decorations, props, and structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding, cutting, and metal fabrication for event structures, props, and supporting frames based on design specifications.
  • Fabricate and customize event decorations, props, and installations to ensure quality and durability.
  • Assemble, set up, and install welded components, decorations, and props at event venues.
  • Dismantle, pack, and properly store event materials and welded structures after events.
  • Assist in loading and unloading event equipment, props, and fabricated items.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on welded items, props, and decorations when required.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines during welding, production, setup, and dismantling activities.
  • Maintain welding machines, tools, and workspace in good working condition.
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Superior/Management.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator; experience in carpentry, fabrication, or event setup is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques and metal fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.
  • Creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship.
  • Skilled in using tools and equipment for welding, prop-making, and setup.
  • Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to handle lifting, installation, and dismantling work.
