Job description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Dental Technologist to join our fast-growing digital dental laboratory. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to support the fabrication of high-quality dental prostheses using modern digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and fabrication of dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, veneers, surgical guides, digital smile design, retainers, and splints.
• Perform digital tasks such as intraoral scan processing, CAD design assistance, 3D printing preparation, model handling, post-processing, and finishing.
• Carry out manual lab work when required (trimming, polishing, staining, model work, etc.).
• Maintain accurate case documentation, file naming, and daily tracking using digital systems.
• Ensure all work meets the lab’s quality, esthetic, and accuracy standards.
• Operate and maintain digital equipment (Milling machines, Scanner, 3D printers, curing units, trimming machines, vacuum formers, etc.).
• Collaborate with dentists and internal team members to troubleshoot cases and support clinical needs.
• Uphold laboratory cleanliness, workflow efficiency, and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous learning, workflow improvements, and training initiatives.
