Monitor and ensure production operations achieve set targets

Provide feedback on quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining good housekeeping

Ensure the safe and proper use of plant equipment

Prepare and update daily and monthly performance reports

Enforce strict safety guidelines and adhere to company standards

Perform other assigned duties to support production efficiency

QC:

Ensure the Quality Control (QC) team adheres to approved ISO standards and Method or Technical Specification

Develop and review the Project Quality Program documentation, including manuals, work processes, and quality record reporting aligned with project management requirements.

Provide QC statistics and activity reports to the QC Manager on a regular basis.

Ensure all production teams comply with the established Document Control system.

Facilitate root cause analysis for site-level Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are acceptable and NCRs are approved prior to input into the Quality Management System (QMS).

Job Qualifications:
