• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current industry trends, popular beverages, and customer preferences.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel's operation schedule.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification preferred.
