• Always ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the workplace.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Undertake or participate in any ad‑hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
• Required skills: cooking, food processing, kitchen operations, food hygiene.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to work long hours and under pressure.
• Willing to work six days a week and on a rotation shift basis.
• Willing to work in outlets across Klang Valley area.
