A leading sustainability consulting firm is seeking a Senior Safety & Risk Manager in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves leading a safety and risk management team, managing hazard assessments for the oil & gas sector, and collaborating with international experts. Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of experience in safety risk engineering, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in mentoring and business development. Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ experience in safety risk engineering, preferably in oil & gas, chemical, or high-tech sector.
  • Familiarity with HSE cases and supporting safety studies is necessary.
  • Proven experience mentoring and growing a team of consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Safety & Risk team in Malaysia.
  • Manage hazard and risk assessments for oil & gas facilities.
  • Prepare high-quality reports with clear diagrams and fully explained analysis.
  • Develop and expand client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Provide technical expertise to Risk & Safety projects.
