Responsibilities
  • Drive business performance across all districts by aligning store operations with company strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop District Managers and Store Managers, overseeing succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Promote and embed Domino’s culture and values across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction by monitoring NPS scores and resolving escalated issues effectively.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets while optimizing food and labor cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and operational SOPs across all regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver operational excellence and drive business results.
  • Analyze performance reports and implement targeted action plans to address underperformance.
  • Lead crisis management initiatives and support store recovery plans as required.
  • Represent the Operations team in strategic planning and corporate initiatives, contributing to overall business strategy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QSR operations or Food and Beverage companies.
  • Proven experience in store management.
  • Strong skills in operational excellence and team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Food & Beverage SOPs and operational standards.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop store teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Must be able to oversee and support stores across Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
