What You’ll Do

• Coordinate work of sub‑contractors across various phases of the project.
• Oversee performance of all trade contractors and review architectural & engineering drawings to ensure all specifications & regulations are followed.
• Attend all site meetings, technical meetings & coordination meetings during the work progress.
• Track & control construction schedule.
• Timely record all site activities into Daily Site Diary.
• Verify all subcontractor claims as per the time frame set.
• Coordinate and assist with final inspections; monitor completion of contractor instructions.
• Ensure inspection & testing activities are in compliance with documented procedures.
• Review projects at the end of the warranty period for non‑compliance items.
• Be responsible for material receiving & storage at site and forward back to HoD.
• Ensure safety precautions are taken all times at site.
• Take care of maintenance & site cleanliness.
• Ensure defects are followed up & recorded.
• Prepare & submit master programme and site organization chart during tender and new project.
• Monitor work progress & schedule of work to be pre‑planned ahead.
• Ensure coordination between company departments on each assigned project from initial stage of the project.
• Monitor subcontractor & supplier supplied item performance and forward status with regards to this to purchasing/Contract Department.
• Comply with company ISO & HSE policy.

What We’re Looking For

• Junior Position: 0–4 years of experience in construction work (fresh graduates welcome).
• Senior Position: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction work.
• Education:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Site Supervisors.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Project/Site Engineers.
