Job summary

We are seeking a M&E Engineer – Solar Projects, who wants to turn design into a working, safe and efficient solar plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing mechanical & electrical works for solar PV projects
  • Review drawings, technical specifications to ensure compliance with design and standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams on site
  • Supervising installation of solar panels, inverters, transformers, cabling, earthing and protection systems
  • Conducting site inspections, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring works are completed according to safety, quality and project timelines
  • Supporting handover, documentation and post-commissioning activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline
  • Experience in solar PV, power plants or electrical infrastructure projects is preferred
  • Familiar with electrical systems, inverters and protection concepts
  • Comfortable with site-based work and coordinating multiple parties
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
