• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
• Strong knowledge in M&E systems and building services.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.

• Oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations and maintenance.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
• Review and approve technical drawings and documents.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants on project matters.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when required.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
