Job summary
A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Manager to ensure the achievement of sales targets and high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in the retail or F&B industry and can work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates must have a pleasant personality and strong communication skills, with a minimum education requirement of SPM or a Diploma/Degree in any field.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience or a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in the retail/F&B industry.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets effectively.
- Ensure superior customer service is provided.
- Assist in hiring suitable sales staff.
Skills
Education
- Achievement of sales target set.
- Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
- Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
- Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
- Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
