Job summary

A prominent retail company in Selangor is looking for dedicated individuals to provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient shop operations. Candidates should have at least PMR/PT3/SKM and be proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in the health or retail pharmacy industry is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
  • Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
  • Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
  • Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.
