Job summary
A local bakery in Selangor is seeking a customer service associate to recommend products, handle sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Candidates should possess at least SPM or equivalent and have the ability to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin. The role requires flexibility in scheduling including overtime, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
