  • Prepare and update project progress reports and documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status.
  • Support management in administrative tasks related to projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager/Assistant Manager in daily project execution throughout all stages, from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with consultants, local councils, and relevant authorities to ensure timely submissions, approvals, and renewals.
  • Monitor validity of approvals and deposits, manage renewal processes, and coordinate related payment requests and submissions.
  • Track deposit expiry dates and follow up on payment collection from authorities.
  • Prepare and update project progress reports, proposals, and other documentation required for management review and approval.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to superiors on project status, issues, and progress.
  • Support superiors in administrative tasks and coordination work related to projects.
  • Ensure all project-related processes and documentation comply with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Undertake any other duties, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property development or construction Industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
  • Strong analytical skill and able to "deep dive" into details.
  • High standards of constructions work in implementing CONQUAS, QLASSIC etc.
  • Able to build effective and long-standing partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
