Job Responsibility
Education & Qualifications:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff development.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory and manage ordering to reduce waste and control costs.
- Manage outlet budgets, analyze sales, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and administrative documentation.
- Drive promotional activities and collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence of the outlet.
- Ensure menu quality and consistency in line with customer expectations.
- Keep licenses, certifications, and inspection records up to date.
Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in F&B management, health & safety, or customer service are a plus.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1â2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing staff and handling high-volume service environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages may be an advantage.
- Strong personal presentation and professional demeanor.
