Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations in a Pahang-based restaurant. The ideal candidate will manage shifts, train staff, and drive improvements. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management with 2-3 years of management experience. Strong leadership and initiative are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven ability to manage shifts without supervision.
- Experience in training and motivating staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations efficiently.
- Train and motivate new servers.
- Initiate improvements and new ideas.
Skills
Education
We are representing our client which is in F&B industry. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensure restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.
- Able to manage a duty shift without supervision
- Manage assigned side duties & responsibility well
- Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates
- Always initiate new ideas & determine to improve
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
