About the job

The People & Culture Coordinator need to providing active support to the P&C Department in daily operations, including assistance with recruitment, record maintenance, and clerical tasks. Acting as a liaison between employees and the department, offering necessary information and support to help them perform their roles efficiently and safely. This also involves coordinating with third-party suppliers, agencies, and management, such as the Colleague Accommodation Team in Laman.

As People & Culture Coordinator you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:

  • Ensure that all employee records and files are kept up to date
  • Assist in coordinating the administration of the performance appraisal system
  • Maintain the administration - preparation, employee joiners, employee’s leavers
  • Setting interview appointments and maintaining documentations for recruitment
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets when requested
  • Monitor all standards of the process, all in line with approved standards and processes employee entitlements e.g. attendance, leave administration, sick days etc. for payroll processing
  • Take lead in Staff Accommodation, Colleague Dining and employee Engagement monthly activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time by Superior
  • Participate in any communication with the employees in job related issues, grievance, discipline, appearance etc.
  • Assist in organizing employee activities and events
  • Prepares reports on employee activities and events of the colleagues
  • Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the employee restaurant and locker areas
  • Assists in maintaining the colleagues’ notice board and update regularly
  • Produces variety of P&C standards and ad hoc reports as requested
  • Provides assistance to system such as Unifi/Orisoft, Beekeeper and TMS

As People & Culture Coordinator, weexpectfrom you:

  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English and Malay Language both verbally and written
  • Advance Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in P&C administration and Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent PC Knowledge, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Be able of multitasking
  • High level of loyalty and integrity
  • To be able to work under pressure
