Responsible for leading end-to-end hiring strategies to attract, select, and secure high-quality talent aligned with the organisation’s business objectives. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages employer branding initiatives, and partners closely with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs. The position also plays a key role in strengthening recruitment processes, driving talent market intelligence, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
