Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or KOL/Influencer Management (Fresh grads with internships considered).
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with major platforms:
- Social Media: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
- E-Commerce: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
- Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Basic analytical skills to evaluate campaign and sales performance.
Responsibilities
KOL & Influencer Management
- Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs/Influencers to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, create campaign briefs, and manage execution.
- Track influencer campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
E-Commerce Growth Support
- Support the growth of online store performance on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Work alongside influencers and internal teams to drive traffic and sales.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social platforms (social ads, content, SEO/SEM).
- Plan and manage online promotions, launches, and marketing calendars.
Market & Performance Reporting
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports on campaign results, sales outcomes, and influencer activities.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to deliver impactful content and promotions.
